Great magazine but app rarely works. As mentioned often have to download and re download several times (if the download even works) due to some error preventing the mag from opening. Every month its a frustrating process. Support although willing to compensate by refund or a zinio subscription cant fix the app. I just want to read Cosmo on my iPad using my iTunes account for payment. Zinio works well so far but uses credit card for payment. Shame this app is so bad.

It takes forever to download an issue and when I do download it,it disappears again! This process repeats itself all the time! I regret buying a years worth of issues. I wish I could get my money back. I do not recommend for other people to get this app!

Annual subscription and unable to download any issue. Have e-mailed twice for help and no response. I am fed up.

Very disappointed with this app. I subscribed in February and was able to download the first 3 issues. I am subscribed for a year and its the second month in a row where I am not able to download new issues. What is the purpose of paying if we do not have access to the app and issues itself! Have also emailed customer service and no response!

I emailed customer service numerous times because I couldnt receive my previous magazines and they keep forgetting my email , telling me to go through the same steps. This needs to be fixed I lost 5-6 magazines because of this

I downloaded the latest version and it still wouldnt open!!!! Please fix it!!!!

I have had a subscription for over a year and one day they all disappeared and it wanted me to purchase them all again! And I get NO help or answers from tech support.... Save the grief buy the paper edition.

Would be a fantastic app if it didnt crash so often. Otherwise very easy to use!

I thought once you purchased an issue it was downloaded to your iPad and could be read anytime. This is not true u need to be on wi-fi. For that reason I cancelled my subscription.

So frustrating to work with. Good magazine, if you an get it.

Nice that its fixed for the new iOS 7 but now the app doesnt work for the first generation iPad. Please fix this, not cool for those who have a first generation.

I have been having issues with this app for the past couple of weeks, and Hearst magazine customer support have been poor to deal with. I have a digital subscription to Cosmo, but I have been unable to access this months magazine. It seemed to download with no issue, but when I try to open the magazine from newsstand it sends me to the Cosmo app, and when I try to read the magazine from the app it sends me back to newsstand and so on and so on. Customer support offered some suggestion, none of which has helped in the least. Their last suggestion was to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, doing so has now left me completely unable to log into my account at all. Overall, I have had a poor experience with this app and with their support services, and I would recommend anyone wanting to read Cosmo, to just buy a real subscription instead.

Wont open. Whats the point?

Since the update I have been unable to restore my subscription. My iTunes recognizes it but the app doesnt. I wont be renewing! Every major update they do it seems like I have to demand my subscription be reinstated. For something Ive already paid for is ridiculous!
