I gave this app 2 stars because you can actually read the articles its great. I download the mag and try to read but no!!!!!!!! You have to wait until every page downloads and then you can read the articles. Imagine to my surprise when I tried to read my episode of Cosmo only to be rejected because downloading the issue doesnt mean the issue fully downloaded to your device. You dont get a notification if the issue hasnt finished downloading. I thought the digital copy would be helpful to the environment but its only increased my stress. I will no longer be subscribing to the digital or paper copy.

The new update repeatedly forces my app to close and does not allow me to scroll down when reading my magazine, if I can even get it to load far enough to the point where I can view the pages without a forced shut down. Please fix this, as I have no other way of reading my magazine. I was planning to read it tonight and am very unsatisfied that I can not.

When I first downloaded the app it was perfect I ordered one issue and then subscribed monthly and now Ive got my second but say I need update to download new issue. Wont let me update app so Ill probably delete it.

This publication makes me so angry sometimes because they seem to think they are New York Times. When I come to read cosmo I want to read about better sex positions and other things that you equate to the magazine. Instead during this last election cycle all I have seen is a bunch of feminist, anti Trump propaganda that annoys me flank end. Im all for voicing your opinion but it is so biased that I cant even stomach it. You have readers from all demographics and back grounds so why not try to appease to all of them because you are angering so many people. I will not be buying another cosmo magazine or related product again. Id rather support a publication that supports our country and everyone in it.

Love the app! I get to see more through the digital app then in the actual print. Love both print and digital!

I love love love this magazine so much! I enjoy all the articles and every page is refreshing and addictive. Ive been subscribed for a while and I truly enjoy a good reading when I have free time . Also downloading it to my iPhone makes for wonderful convos because I can have it in the go ; anytime anywhere anyplace !!

The electronic version is just soooo much better, everything is totally interactive! You can shop all the wonderful clothes and products right on the page! They provide videos wherever it applies, and other great ways of interacting with us girls!!

I paid a yearly suscription, by mistake I erased the magazine in the first month of suscription, then I installed back and asked me to buy a monthly or yearly suscription again

Within seconds of opening the app it crashes. Cant use it and will have to cancel subscription.

I have been a digital subscriber for about two years. Were it not for my constant travel schedule, I would eagerly switch to the printed version. This app constantly crashes. Every few weeks, I am forced to update the app because it wont even open. It is a constant inconvenience. It is beyond frustrating that cosmo hasnt fixed this issue over the years. No one enjoys updating every three weeks, and then waiting around for previous purchases to re-download.

It was working fine and now since the las update it is a DESASTER! I have to wait 5 minutes for EVERY PAGE to download every time I turn a page! This is crazy. The worst thing is that EVERYBODY is telling them that it doesnt work and they wont fix it! If not fixed soon I WILL CANCEL MY SUSCRIPTION!

I am so tired of not being able to finish one article at a time without the app closing! I cant deal with this issue much longer.

I love Cosmo. I am constantly reading the articles in the more section of the app and refreshing and checking for new stories. But I went to check on it a few mornings ago and new art lives would not show up. For days the exact same articles were was what was popping up. I knew that more articles were uploaded because I checked their website, but I like to use the app much better. Then I went to check the app today to see if the big was fixed, and the articles that I were reading was from last year! I was reading re caps on Andys season of The Bachelorette, which played that time one year ago. Im not sure what is going on, but I am very frustrated. I love your articles, but I am unable to read them because of these bugs that wont go away. I hope that the app some how improves so I can go back to reading the stories as usual.

It takes 10 minutes to download each page, even after you’ve downloaded the edition on the library page. I unsubscribed because I don’t have time to wait around for every page to upload individually, and some won’t even upload (or go incredibly slow). Its a waste of money and updating the app hasn’t helped at all the past year. Terrible design, something should really fix it.

I absolutely love this issue. Never gets old reading the confessions or the Sex Q&A ❤️❤️❤️

What is with this? I can never read it without it shutting down. Its also really slow. Not worth paying for it!!

I have had this through a year almost of updates and glitch fix attempts. Finally, I am giving up and unsubscribing. How frustrating! It always gives messages to archive and re-download the issue, and when you do, theres nothing.

Please provide the option to download the entire magazine issue to the IPhone. The wait times as you scroll through the articles in the magazine are ruining the customer experience!

I removed this app months ago and have recently discovered it is still on my phone. However I cannot find the icon or anything to remove it. It is updating and I can see settings but not the app. Pretty upset about that and Id like this fixed!
